Basic Rules

• These rules apply to all Saturn websites
• We do not allow HWID resets. Each license is permanently locked to the machine it was first activated on — if your hardware changes, you will need to purchase a new license
• If you lose your license key and loader, we are not obligated to provide replacements and you will need to re-purchase
• If you use automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.) to access our sites, you're responsible for whatever they do
• You can't share or transfer your access rights unless Saturn specifically says it's okay in writing
• You're responsible for anyone using your account

Purchasing Products

When you buy something from us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Be authorized to use the payment method
• Have sufficient funds to cover the purchase

Ownership and Brands

• Saturn retains all rights to its property, including logos, designs, and trademarks
• Using our website doesn't give you permission to use our branding
• Other companies' trademarks on our site belong to them

Account Cancellation

We may terminate your access to Saturn websites if you:

• Attempt to sell your account
• Share your account without permission
• Dispute charges dishonestly
• Attempt to hack our software
• Try to break our security
• Copy or share our software without permission
• Use our logos without permission

Acceptable Use

Saturn is a hardware privacy tool designed to protect users' hardware identity from persistent identification by software on their device. Permitted uses include personal hardware privacy, content creation, software testing, and IT research.

You agree NOT to use Saturn to:

• Violate the terms of service of any game, platform, or online service
• Gain unfair competitive advantages through unauthorized software (cheating)
• Circumvent enforcement actions taken for rule violations unrelated to hardware identification
• Conduct any activity that is illegal under applicable law

Saturn is not a cheating tool and does not provide or facilitate access to unauthorized game modifications, aimbots, wallhacks, or any software that modifies game behaviour. Any use of Saturn in connection with such software is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

Technical Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Take apart our software
• Try to find our source code
• Copy how our systems work

Risks and Responsibilities

• We provide everything "as is"
• We don't promise our services will work perfectly
• We're not responsible for indirect damage, lost data, or service interruptions
• You agree not to use Saturn to harm others

Legal Compliance

• You must follow all laws when using Saturn
• You can't violate others' rights
• You'll cover our legal costs if your actions get us sued
